Due to common international shipment factors like weather delays, holidays, and customs inspections, we cannot guarantee shipping times. These are estimates only. For express shipping, you can contact us at support@brucepaws.com.

Incorrect Address:

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

Marked as Delivered:

If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country, to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived to you we will endeavour to resend a replacement order to you.

This is left to the discretion of brucepaws.com, however in this specific scenario we cannot issue a refund.

Import Taxes / Refusal of Package:

We will not be responsible for Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances. If the customer refuses the package or no delivery attempt is made, we reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
